Stefan Büeler, Head of the Office of Economy and Transport at the Canton of Uri, explains how he used Moodtalk to transform an already very good team into a "super team." Faced with challenges in the public sector, such as the predicted shortage of 130,000 skilled workers by 2030 (PwC), Stefan realised how important it is to promote a sustainable team culture.
