Some information can be made visible by you when necessary — but only with your consent and for your benefit. For example, in your Teamwork profile, you can indicate how you work best with others. Sharing this information can improve teamwork as everyone is aware of your preferences. Such information remains anonymous until you actively make it visible.

Team leaders and supervisors only receive aggregated data, meaning they see overall trends and results, but can never trace a specific answer back to an individual team member.

Is data shared or sold to third parties?

Moodtalk guarantees that no data is sold or shared with third parties, which ensures complete confidentiality and trust for all users.

How does Moodtalk use artificial intelligence?

Moodtalk uses AI to generate texts and images that help the team discuss a specific topic and help supervisors understand their team's needs. This includes: summaries of answers, discussion questions about the answers, and suggestions for rules on specific topics.

Where are your servers located?

The servers that host the Moodtalk platform are located in Switzerland, while our AI features and CRM software are hosted within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Yes, Moodtalk collects and maintains security event logs for all instances of access to customer information, both by employees and customers.

Are all Moodtalk staff backgrounds screened to at least a basic screen level?

Yes, every staff member at Moodtalk undergoes a background screening process to ensure they meet at least the basic screening standards for security purposes.
